Job summary

POP MART is seeking an experienced Department Manager for our SOHO flagship store in New York to oversee daily operations, elevate customer experience, and drive department sales performance. You will lead a team of Brand Associates and report to the General Manager, ensuring training, productivity, and brand standards are upheld on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail leadership experience, ideally in flagship/high-volume stores.
• Strong customer service and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates to hit sales, service, and operational targets.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback in partnership with the General Manager.
• Manage visual merchandising and store presentation to align with brand standards.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and back-of-house efficiency through regular audits.
• Act as Manager on Duty and maintain a safe, engaging store environment.
