POP MART is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our SoHo location. You will lead a high‑performing retail team, coach associates, and ensure an outstanding customer experience aligned with POP MART’s premium brand.

You will oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and business performance while partnering with the Store Manager to drive sales, KPIs, and campaigns. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of retail leadership

Qualifications

2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the sales floor and set engagement standards.
Help achieve sales goals and KPIs including sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, and inventory accuracy.
Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
Execute POP MART visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays.
Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable and support store leadership.
