Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail General Manager for our Fifth Avenue flagship store in New York. You will lead a talented team, drive sales, uphold brand standards, and create an exceptional customer experience while building a local, inclusive culture.

You will manage daily store operations, staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory control, while focusing on profitability and team development in a fast-paced, globally expanding brand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive retail leadership in a flagship environment.
• Proven success in leading teams to meet or exceed sales and operational goals.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and sales team.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through feedback and development plans.
• Ensure staffing levels and succession planning aligned with business needs.
• Staffing and scheduling of local ROBO Shops where applicable.
• Achieve store sales targets and KPIs; ensure outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Review reports and metrics to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
