Camping World seeks a Fixed Operations Director to lead a high-volume service center, ensuring superior customer satisfaction and profitability. You will support and manage Service Managers, drive sales and labor cost efficiency, and build a strong team of technicians, advisors, and warranty staff.

The role requires experience in RV/auto/marine service, strong communication, and proficiency with dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Support and Manage the Service Manager(s) as part of the Fixed Operations team in the location
• Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost control
• Build a high performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates, Warranty Administrators, Porters, and Detailers through continual associate development and best hiring practices
