Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to join our growing team. You will lead the service department to deliver top-tier customer satisfaction and profitability, guiding Service Managers and building a high-performing team across technicians, advisors, and support staff.

The role emphasizes budget management, vendor relations, and a safety-first environment, with opportunities to drive growth and capitalise on service channel performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume service center in RV, automotive, marine, or power sports is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of RVs and RV systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in dealership software systems (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Intermediate or better MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and analyze P&L reports.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the Service Manager(s) as part of the Fixed Operations team at the location.
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service department.
• Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, and cost control.
• Build a high performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates, and others.
• Foster a culture of development, retention, and philanthropy.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors.
• Meet or exceed monthly budget projections.
• Maintain a safe and functional working environment.
