Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead our growing Service Center, delivering top customer satisfaction and profitability. You will support and manage Service Managers while driving growth and overseeing the team, budget adherence, and safety.

Ideal candidates bring experience with high-volume service centers in RV/auto/marine/power sports, strong communication, and proficiency with dealership software systems.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume Service Center in RV/auto/marine/power sports is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and profitability in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with dealership software systems (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds).
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Ability to read and analyze P&L reports.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the Service Manager(s) as part of Fixed Operations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across the service department.
• Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, and cost control.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of technicians and service staff.
• Foster culture of development, retention, and philanthropy.
• Maintain good relationships with external vendors and meet monthly budgets.
• Maintain a safe and functional working environment.
