Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead our service center operations, drive customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability. You will support and manage the Service Manager(s) while building a high-performing team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.

This role requires proven experience in high-volume service operations in RV/auto-related fields, strong P&L acumen, and proficiency with dealership software.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume service center in RV, automotive, marine, or power sports.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Service Managers as part of Fixed Operations.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Drive profitability through sales, gross profit, and labor cost control.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of technicians, advisors, and support staff.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to budgets.
