Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead our Service Center, delivering top customer satisfaction and profitability. You will support and manage Service Managers while driving growth and efficiency.

This role requires experience in high-volume service environments, strong communication, and proficiency with dealership software. You will lead technicians, advisors and support staff, while ensuring safety and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume service center.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Knowledge of RVs and RV systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in dealership software (ADP/IDS/Reynolds & Reynolds).
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
• Ability to read and analyze P&L reports.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the Service Manager(s) as part of the Fixed Operations team.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service department.
• Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, and labor cost control.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates, and more.
• Foster development, retention, and strong vendor relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly budget projections.
• Maintain a safe and functional working environment.
