Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to join our growing team. As the Fixed Operations Director you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability at our growing Service Center.

You will support and manage the Service Manager(s) while driving profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires leading a high-volume service operation, coaching a diverse team of Technicians, Service Advisors, and support staff, and

• Experience managing a high-volume Service Center in RV/auto/marine/power sports is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of RVs and RV systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with dealership software systems (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.).
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Ability to read and analyze P&L reports.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Support and manage the Service Manager(s) as part of the Fixed Operations team.
• Ensure consistently high customer satisfaction throughout the service department.
• Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost control.
• Build a high performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates, Warranty Administrators, Porters, and Detailers.
• Foster a culture of employee development and retention, customer satisfaction, and philanthropy.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
• Meet or exceed monthly budget projections.
• Maintain a safe and functional working environment.
