Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead our Service Center, delivering customer satisfaction and profitability. You will support and manage the Service Manager(s) while driving revenue, gross profit, and efficient labor cost control.

You'll build and mentor a high-performing team across technicians, service advisors, parts, and warranty staff, fostering development, retention, and a strong safety culture in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing a high-volume service center.
• Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with dealership software (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Fixed Operations team including Service Managers and technicians.
• Drive profitability through revenue, cost controls, and budget adherence.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Foster vendor relationships and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
