David's Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver five-star service in the Alterations department. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, scheduling appointments, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup while maintaining store standards and a positive experience.

This is a part-time position reporting to the Store Manager. The role requires basic retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple customers with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in person, over the phone, and online chats.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and organization.
• Schedule appointments and escort customers to alterations.
• Press garments and ensure readiness for pickup.
• Handle transactions accurately at the POS.
• Escalate issues to Alterations Manager when needed.
