Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the alterations department. The CSR greets customers, answers phones, books appointments, and assists with pressing and preparing garments for pickup.

Responsibilities include delivering a five-star customer experience, guiding customers through alterations, and promoting services while maintaining store standards and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or apparel experience is preferred.
• Previous sewing experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with computerized POS systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcome and service to customers in person, over the phone, and via chat.
• Schedule appointments and manage alterations workflow with the team.
• Operate POS and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure five-star customer service and resolve issues with leadership support.
• Explain alterations options and upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and assist with inventory.
