David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver a five-star experience in the Alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule fittings, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup while maintaining store standards. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a customer-obsessed mindset.

Prior sewing is helpful; POS system experience is preferred. This is a part-time, on-site position with team-oriented perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone or via chat.
• Manage customer flow using store systems to deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with appointments, pickups and cashier tasks.
