Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide an exceptional in-store, phone, and online experience. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, press garments, and promote alterations services while maintaining high standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role reports to the Store Manager and supports the alterations team with daily tasks, inventory coordination, and accurate cash-wrap handling in a part-time capacity at our location in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store recommended.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and resolve issues with clear, friendly communication.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience.
• Explain alterations options and promote services.
• Assist with appointments, phone coverage, and in-store operations.
• Maintain store standards and clean alterations room.
• Assist with inventory, special orders, and pickups.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap.
