Job summary

David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional service in the Alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, assisting multiple customers, resolving issues, and promoting alterations services to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system desired.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, online chats, or in person with friendly enthusiasm.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
