David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in theAlterations department. You will welcome customers, manage appointments, assist with alterations, and support inventory and checkout processes.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, problem solving, and collaboration with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues and ensure a flawless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, chat, and in person with friendly enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options to customers.
• Maintain store standards and dress code; ensure smooth alterations process and accurate checkout.
