Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will welcome customers, coordinate appointments, and support the alterations process to ensure precise tailoring and timely pickup.

In this part-time role, you’ll work closely with the Alterations team to promote services, manage multiple customers, and uphold store standards while followingDress Code policies and equipment guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, chat or in person with friendly, problem-solving service.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star experiences using store systems.
• Explain alterations options and promote services and personalization.
• Escort customers to alterations and ensure timely delivery and pickup of items.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and transactions as needed.
• Collaborate with Alterations Manager to address issues and maintain quality.
