David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to ensure a welcoming, high-quality service experience for all alteration customers. You will handle appointments, answer phones, assist with garment pressing, and coordinate with the Alterations Manager as needed.

The role focuses on delivering five-star customer service, promoting alterations services, and maintaining a clean, organized alterations area. Prior retail and sewing experience are valuable assets for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) systems desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person, on phone, or online and resolve issues with enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow and appointments to deliver a five-star experience.
• Explain alterations options and promote services and personalization.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to support a seamless shopping experience.
• Assist with inventory and processing of special orders and pickups.
