David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star customer experience in the Alterations department. You will welcome customers, manage appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickups, reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in an apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm over phone, chats and in person; adapt communication to solve problems.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with appointments and pickups.
• Handle checkout transactions accurately and build customer relationships.
