David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star experience by welcoming customers, scheduling fittings, answering phones, and assisting with alterations in person or online.

You will coordinate with the Alterations team, press and prepare garments, manage the workflow, and help keep the sales floor organized while upholding David’s Bridal standards.

Qualifications

• Welcoming customers with genuine enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Proficient in using systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers via phone, chat, or in person with friendly communication.

• Assist alterations customers, promote services, and ensure orders are ready for pickup.
