David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to ensure a five-star experience for guests in the alterations department. You will welcome customers, book appointments, answer phones, press garments, and prepare items for pickup.

This part-time role supports store operations, emphasizes exceptional service, and requires effective communication, sewing knowledge, and comfortable use of POS systems. Benefits include a range of perks and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers via phone, chat, and in person with enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver five-star service.
• Support Alterations with promotions, bookings, and customer needs.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Explain alterations options and drive revenue for services.
• Maintain alterations area, cleanliness, and inventory handling.
