Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will greet, assist, and guide clients through alteration appointments, pressing garments, and ensuring timely pickups with a friendly, problem-solving approach.

In this role you will manage multiple customers, operate POS systems, coordinate with the alterations team, maintain store standards, and promote alterations services while upholding the dress code and welcoming

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store is preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, chat, and in person with friendly enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow using all systems to ensure a five-star experience.
• Schedule alterations appointments and coordinate with alterations team.
• Promote alterations services and keep customers informed on progress.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments to ensure pristine condition.
• Maintain store standards and assist with pickups and transactions.
