Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, book appointments, answer phones, and prepare items for pickup. You will collaborate with the Alterations team to deliver a five-star experience and uphold store standards.

Responsibilities include pressing and inspecting garments, assisting with inventory, processing orders and pickups, and resolving customer concerns in partnership with management.

• Deliver five-star customer experience using all systems to manage flow and resolve issues.
• Maintain store standards and dress code while assisting alterations customers.

• Press, steam, and inspect garments before delivery to customer.
