Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the alterations department and deliver a five-star customer experience. You will greet customers, assist with appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.

You’ll use store systems to manage flow, promote alterations services, maintain store standards, and build lasting relationships with customers while contributing to a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, or virtually with enthusiasm and problem-solving.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows and prepare customers for alterations and pickups.
