Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star alteration experience. You will welcome customers, take appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.

In this role you’ll manage customer flow across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions, promote alterations services, maintain the alterations room, and uphold store standards while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press, steam, and prepare garments for pickup.
• Maintain alterations room and store standards; resolve customer issues with guidance.
