Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store desirable.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, on the phone, and online.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows and assist with alterations-related tasks.
• Escalate issues to Alterations Manager when needed.
• Explain how alterations contribute to the customer’s dress event.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Keep alterations area clean, organized, and ready for pickup.
• Assist with appointments, press/steam garments, and POS operations.
