Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an outstanding customer experience in the Alterations department. The role involves welcoming customers, coordinating appointments, answering phones, and supporting garment pressing and pickup readiness.

You will work with store leadership to ensure five-star service, promote alterations, maintain store standards, and assist with inventory and checkout processes as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm over phone, chats and in person while communicating clearly and solving problems.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows including Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers, and complete operational tasks.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and elevate concerns with leadership as needed.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options to customers.
