David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star experience in the alterations department. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup while maintaining the store’s standards.

Join a team that values service, teamwork, and problem-solving. Prior retail or sewing experience is helpful; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, on phone, and online with friendly enthusiasm and resolve issues.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star service experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store cleanliness and promotional readiness.
• Assist alterations team and ensure timely pickups.
