David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service at the alterations counter. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and support garment preparation and pickups with care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers over the phone, via chat, and in person with friendly enthusiasm.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a flawless shopping experience.
• Press, steam, and prepare garments for pickup or delivery.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
