David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star customer experience. This role supports the Alterations department, welcomes customers, books appointments, answers phones, and helps prepare garments for pickup.

It requires energetic, friendly service and the ability to coordinate with the Alterations Manager and team. Ideal candidates have high school education, 1–2 years of retail experience, and basic sewing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Welcoming customers with enthusiasm and resolving questions.
• Ability to manage customer flow with systems for five-star service.
• Ability to explain alterations options and promote services.
• Prior sewing helpful; basic alterations knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via chat; adapt communication style.
• Use POS and store systems to process transactions and validate orders.
• Coordinate with Alterations team to ensure timely pickups and quality.
