David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an outstanding customer experience in our alterations department. You will welcome customers, handle appointments, and assist with garment pressing and pickups while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail experience, a high school diploma, and basic sewing or POS familiarity. This part-time role offers a competitive pay and benefits package in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm and adapt communication to solve problems.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and escalate when needed.
• Explain alterations options and promote services.
• Maintain store standards and assist with appointments and pickups.
