Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person with friendliness and problem solving.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with alterations tasks as needed.
• Escort customers to alterations and ensure garments are prepared for pickup.
