Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our alterations department. You will welcome customers, handle appointments, presses garments, and assist with pickups.

We emphasize five-star service, teamwork, and adherence to dress code while maintaining a clean alterations area and positive store atmosphere. This is a part-time position with benefits and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store is preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, chat, and in person with enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow and provide five-star customer service.
• Promote alterations services and ensure timely pickup and alterations readiness.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and coordinate with the Alterations Manager as needed.
• Support inventory and cash wrap processes and assist customers throughout their visit.
