Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for alterations customers in-store. You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup while maintaining store standards.

Role emphasizes customer care, teamwork with the Alterations Manager, and promoting alterations services. Part-time position with a comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm and provide an A+ experience.
• Manage customer flow and appointments in Alterations.
• Press, steam, and prepare garments for pickup.
• Maintain alterations room and support checkout processes.
