Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for customers undergoing alterations. You’ll welcome and assist clients, manage appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickups.

Responsibilities include upselling alterations, maintaining clean, organized spaces, and following quality control guidelines to ensure pristine results for every customer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person.
• Use systems to manage customer flow for five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and resolve issues.
• Explain alterations and upsell services in partnership with Alterations.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and checkout processes.
