David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide an exceptional customer experience in the alterations department. The role involves welcoming customers, managing appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup, while maintaining store standards and collaborative teamwork.

The CSR will effectively communicate alterations options, support inventory and checkout processes, and escalate issues to the Alterations

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience handling multiple customers and inquiries at once.
• Familiarity with alterations services is a plus.
• Prior use of POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Assist with appointments and store operations.
• Maintain orderly alterations area and follow quality standards.
