Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional A+ customer experience in the Alterations department. You’ll greet customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, knowledge of alterations services, and maintaining store standards. Part-time schedule with benefits and team bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over phone, virtual chats and in person; adapt communication to solve problems.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs and Be There for customers.
