Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Alterations department and deliver an A+ customer experience. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, promote alterations services, and assist with pressing and pickup tasks, reporting to the Store Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, some sewing experience, and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via chat.
• Schedule and manage alterations appointments.
• Promote alterations services and customization options.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS.
