Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome and assist customers, manage appointments, and support the alterations process. The CSR ensures a five-star service experience and coordinates with the Alterations team to prepare items for pickup.

The role involves answering phones, walking customers through services, and maintaining a clean, organized alterations area. Previous sewing and POS experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via virtual chats, adapting to solving customer needs.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press, steam, and spot clean merchandise and ensure quality before delivery.
