Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the Alterations department and deliver a five-star customer experience. The CSR welcomes customers, assists with appointments, and coordinates alterations, pressing, and pickup readiness, reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over phone, virtual chats and in person.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Maintain alterations room cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with appointments, sewing, pressing, and customer problem solving.
• Process transactions accurately and address customer concerns with leadership when needed.
