Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new member acquisition and conversion at our Shelton studio. You will greet guests, provide studio tours, and sell memberships to help the studio meet monthly revenue goals.

The role emphasizes lead outreach, persistent follow-up, and collaboration with marketing and operations to ensure exceptional member experiences and achievement of targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, conversion and generation of leads.
• Greet members and visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Give studio tours and Sell memberships to meet monthly goals.
• Follow up with prospective members and resolve issues professionally.
• Participate in marketing/outreach events and hit monthly KPI targets.
• Cross-train with Operations Manager for facility issues.
