Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Sales Manager to energize the studio, reach new prospects, and close memberships while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will greet visitors, conduct studio tours, and guide prospective members through the sales process with focus on monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work with KPIs and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet studio visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Lead tours and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with prospective members to close sales.
• Support marketing and outreach events.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on studio needs.
• Hit monthly revenue targets and contribute to budget.
