The position emphasizes selling memberships, following up with leads, and supporting marketing events, while maintaining a clean, welcoming studio space. This is a hands-on, team-based opportunity at our local studio location.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to engage with guests and explain the OTF concept.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested customers, including introductory sessions (intros).
• Give studio tours to prospective members.
• Collaborate with trainers to guide intros through the first workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up with prospective clients.

• Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
