Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our studio team. You’ll greet guests with energy, present the OTF concept, give studio tours, and guide intros through their first workout with trainers.

You’ll partner with the coaching staff to convert interest into memberships, follow up with prospects, participate in local marketing events, and keep the studio clean and organized. A passion for fitness helps you excel.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor.
• Ability to present the Orangetheory concept to potential members.
• Comfort with selling memberships and following up with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as intros
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
