UFC GYM is seeking a Membership Specialist to create a welcoming guest experience while driving memberships at our California location. You will conduct fitness tours, book appointments, and follow up with members to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for all members and guests.
• Drive potential members into the gym and deliver industry-leading customer service.
• Book membership appointments through phone activities and meet monthly goals.
• Present the Fitness Tour to all guests as per the Membership Specialist Playbook.
• Follow up with enrolled members to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Provide high level of customer service in all guest interactions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.
