Job summary

UFC GYM in Houston, TX seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead membership sales, support a high-energy guest experience, and supervise the Membership Specialist team with guidance from the General Manager.

The role focuses on achieving membership goals, coaching on conversions, and driving profitable weekend operations while maintaining exceptional member interactions and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge, skills & abilities.
• Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, payroll, and/or demonstrated math analytical /ratio skills, & knowledge of fitness industry preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Sales execution on key metrics and personal production; deliver results.
• Ensure membership execution on lead, appointment setting, and guest goal to hit targets.
• Assist the General Manager in training on guest conversion and upsell targets.
• Inspire guests to purchase memberships by listening to goals and presenting UFC Gym transparently.
• Monitor and support membership team to hit monthly targets for sales and POS coaching.
• Provide weekend coverage and input into gym financial and operating plans.
