UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable Sales Manager to lead a team of Territory Managers. The role emphasizes training, development, and driving revenue in a designated territory. Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• B2B sales or account management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and promote Green Guard First Aid products in a designated sales territory.
• Supervise Territory Managers within the region.
• Ensure the team meets monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with Uniform sales teams on joint selling opportunities.
• Deliver CPR/First Aid and AED training to clients.
• Share expertise and provide client training and support.
• Strive to meet monthly and yearly revenue goals.
• Maintain consistent performance contributing to the company’s success.
