UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable Territory Manager to service and manage customer relationships across a defined region. You will work with a company vehicle, promoting safety products and meeting daily sales goals.

The role offers on-the-job training, a 5-day work week, and benefits including 401K, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Expect compensation from $41,600 annually plus base commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid non-commercial driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer and tablet skills; Word and Excel proficiency required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and timely service to customers in your territory.
• Service 10–15 customers per day in a company vehicle.
• Promote safety-focused First Aid + Safety products.
• Organize a work plan to maximize daily sales and minimize mileage.
• Maintain promotional materials, flyers, and business cards.
• Submit paperwork and reports promptly.
• Keep handheld data updated and compliant with policy.
• Stay informed about pricing and product changes.
