Job summary

United Defense Tactical is seeking a sales-oriented professional to drive enrollment in our on-site, membership-based training program in Utah. You will conduct 90-minute training demos, give facility tours, and present membership offers to customers.

Leverage marketing funnels and a database of prospects to fill your calendar, nurture inquiries into customers, and keep the CRM up to date to maximize commissions and earnings potential.

Qualifications

• 3 years sales experience preferred.
• Industry-specific certifications can be beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Training demos: conduct 90-minute demos, facility tours, and membership offers; enroll customers into the program.
• Prospecting: book tours from marketing funnels or a database of registrants.
• Nurturing: convert interested prospects into customers over time.
• Updating the CRM: daily entries to track opportunities and earnings.
