Job summary

United Defense Tactical - St. George is seeking a sales-oriented professional to increase revenue by enrolling customers into our on-site, membership-based training program. You will engage visitors, present our reality-based simulator, and lead informative facility tours.

You will follow a defined process to demo, enroll, and leverage our CRM to track opportunities and commissions, while nurturing prospects who don’t sign up immediately.

Qualifications

• 3 years sales experience preferred.
• Industry-specific certifications can be beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Training demos: conduct 90-minute demos, tours, and enroll customers into the membership program.
• Prospecting: leverage funnels and a database of leads to fill the calendar with tours.
• Nurturing: follow up with prospects who don’t sign up immediately to convert later.
• CRM updates: enter accurate information daily to track opportunities and commissions.
